I went king salmon fishing early this morning. The King run is quite slow coming this year so everyone in town told us we wouldn't catch anything. BOOOOYYYYAAAAAAA!!! Ryan and myself pulled one each out of the water and Nate's fish snapped the line after a five minute struggle. Ryan's was 37 lbs mine was 20 lbs and Nate's would have been 30+. It was flipp'n awesome to fight that bugger. Once you think they're giving up they take about 30 yds of line. One per day is the limit. If we could catch more that's what we'd be doing.

Wow! That would've been fun to watch. Too bad Nate's got away. Looks like the weather is nice too. Lucky!!
